Introduction

The draft of the constitution that would be posted hereafter is a collective effort of all those who attended the 2nd alumni meeting last November 26, 2006

The whole draft will be posted in parts to facilitate a much orderly feedback system.
It is greatly encouraged to post your comments and suggestions on every post and as often as you want.

All posts would then be discussed on the General Assembly on January 13, 2007 6pm onwards UP Diliman.
