- by third party nomination, sent to the current chairman of the board who would then
notify nominated person of the nomination...that person would then submit candidacy
statement whether accepting or declining the nomination.
- if none of nominees expresses acceptance of nomination
for batch reps: batch appoints rep
for other position: board nominates
- nomination starts July1 ends July31
- candidacy letters must be filed within the 1st week of August
